Just a few snapshots from our thrift extravaganza last Monday.

i had a slew of thrifties that needed some altering

so they would be wearable.

so mom and I got up saturday morning and hit the machine.

I even turned an old sheet i stole from grandma (not really, she let me have it)

and turned it into super cute curtains for my room at home.

i'm so sad spring break is coming to an end.

this is the longest i'll have at home for awhile..

it will be July until i'll be home for longer than a week.

but.

i'm excited for what's to come!

i haven't posted in FOREVER!!!

but.. long story short.

i'm relaxing at home in Texas, and loving it.

Matthew, Sarah, Clark and I had a thrift adventure on Monday

where we scouted out some great spots.

we also made the best grilled cheese sandwiches ever.

last night we had a homemade pizza.

and made southern pecan coffee.

it was delish.

today, i think i'll just be helping Clark run some errands

and going where ever the wind blows me.

i'm officially addicted to "Selling New York" on hgtv

basically a mom show.

but i love it.

so New York City has inspired my post for today!

Things that get me excited for

SPRING BREAK!

i have a cold.

and its suddenly cold outside this Monday morning.

and it's supposed to storm tomorrow.

this is putting a dent into my perfect plan for the week of

polaroids and picnics.

hmmmm.........

storms always call for staying inside and being crafty though.

in class today we went over best/worst dressed at the Oscars.

i wish blogging wasn't so hard these days!

anyways, how has everyone been!?

i've been super busy with life.

but i've liked it.

i'm cleansing this week. gross.

but.

i've eaten too much crap lately.

and spent too much money on this crap.

so i will be hungry and broke this week.

so this week will consist of.

small portions.

no sweets.

little to no carbs.

NO carmel macchiatos.

(because i have no money on gift cards left)

lots of water.

oh.. and some exercise.

here's what i would like my meals to look like this week.

i plan on taking lots of polaroid pictures this week.

and hammocking alot.

and scootering.

and reading.

i've been away for awhile.

the weather has been so beautiful, so i've been spending a lot of time outside.

i got more polaroid film {it's hard to find!}

so i WILL be using it while the sun is shining
